In the last 2 years, I established a VEX Robotics program, an esports ecosystem, and a platform for teachers to learn innovative practices. These initiatives inspire students to explore technology, foster teamwork and communication skills, and equip teachers with digital tools and teaching methods. I'm dedicated to creating a dynamic learning environment for all. Here are some potential goals for the next 2-3 years: Expand digital learning initiatives, develop a digital literacy curriculum, establish a coding program, increase inclusivity, host teacher workshops, integrate emerging tech, host innovation challenges, collaborate with industry leaders for real-world learning.
