Spotlight 2019

Spotlight Switzerland is looking for inspiring kindergarten, primary and secondary school educators who are embracing digital transformation in the classroom by experimenting with teaching methods and tools together with their students. Ten most convincing emerging good practices will be selected by an expert jury and will receive grants summing up to CHF 120'000 for further development. These projects will be video documented and presented in the form of a report during Campus Seminar in Zurich on October 30th, 2019 and at the HundrED Innovations Summit in Helsinki on November 6th-8th, 2019.

What is Spotlight Switzerland?

Organized together with local partners, HundrED Spotlights are curated collections of ten education innovations offering a thorough insight into a specific area of education (e.g. Sustainability) or a certain location (e.g. Victoria, Australia). Spotlight Switzerland aims to collect and to reward ten emerging good practice from educators who, together with their students, are embracing digital transformation in the classroom. All submitted applications undergo a thorough research process and screening by an expert jury. The ten selected applications adhere to a strict selection criteria of being impactful, scalable and innovative. The deep insights gained through the Spotlight are shared with the world in the form of videos and a report.
