As part of our commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, donors making direct bank transfers (3,000 CHF and above) must complete the donor verification form before processing their donation. This helps us ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
When your Donor Verification Form has been accepted, you will receive payment instructions to your provided email address. When the payment has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt.
