ENpower

Transforming young minds to be future leaders

Over half of Indian youth lack essential life and entrepreneurship skills (India Skills Report 2025). ENpower believes every child should have the ability to solve real problems and shape their own future. We've impacted over 130000+ students from underserved communities, including 58500+ girl students. We aim to nurture future skills in more students across India and the world.

We envision an education system where every child learns to think independently, solve real-world problems, and take initiative. By integrating life, innovation and entrepreneurial skills into everyday learning, ENpower students evolve into confident changemakers who create meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Every child has unique strengths, yet our education system confines them by preparing them for jobs instead of nurturing agency and purpose. ENpower offers a parallel learning ecosystem for schools that fosters holistic development and real-world skills among students, thereby transforming them into powerful changemakers capable of solving the world's biggest problems.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

ENpower runs modular, hands-on programs in schools and communities. Students identify real-world problems, brainstorm solutions, prototype, test, and implement their ideas. Teachers are trained to mentor and guide students throughout the process. Evidence shows 87% students applying STEM to solve real-world problems, 23% students building innovative ideas, 92% students feeling confident to take up entrepreneurship as a career, 73% students with the ability to identify problems and 19% of students building venture ideas

How has it been spreading?

ENpower has worked across 7+ states, 680+ schools and institutes, and reached more than 130,000 students. Our network includes 140 Thinking Coaches.

Key student achievements reflecting our reach:
- Atulya Bharti from rural Bihar presented her “E-Cycle” innovation to the Prime Minister of India at the National Education Policy 3rd anniversary event organized by the Ministry Of Education.
- Sindhuja Venkatraman was recognized by NFTE's World Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge in New York and UN Global Compact Network India for her idea “My Roots.”
- Shraddhangini Jena & team were recognised at the G20 Summit for their Women’s Safety App
- Akshit Bansal secured investment for his idea “The Bionic Hand,” at IFT Season 4 Finale. He was felicitated by the government, for his idea 'Techno Flora' - a hydroponic farming technology, during the Independence Day celebration at the Red Fort.
- Aryan Singh has been felicitated by the PM of India for his idea - AgRoTech, an AI-IoT farming solution.

Over 118 ideas of ENpower students have been recognized at the Atal Marathon and Inspire MANAK Awards - large-scale government platforms that identify promising K-12 innovators. 47 student ideas have received funding and over 10 ideas are successfully implemented.

How have you modified or added to your innovation?

ENpower began as a school-level program to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and has evolved into a comprehensive future-skills ecosystem implemented in schools through CSR, foundations, and government partnerships. We’ve integrated design thinking, technology, and gamified learning to make skill development engaging and measurable. Building on feedback from educators and students, we are developing Career Darshak—an AI Co-Pilot for smarter career choices and establishing in-school labs for hands-on life skills learning. Our flagship platform, India’s Future Tycoons is a nationwide search and mentorship platform for young adults. ENpower students have received national and international recognition. Through strategic partnerships, we now reach rural, tribal, and girl-child communities, combining experiential learning, digital access, and mentorship to help every child become a confident creator and changemaker.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

To partner with ENpower, simply connect with us via our website or email. We provide a complete partnership model to schools, CSR entities, organizations, foundations as well as governments with seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.

After an initial needs assessment, ENpower customizes the program based on your context, whether it’s a single school, a district-wide rollout, or a CSR-funded education initiative.

We then co-design an implementation plan that includes teacher training, access to learning content and digital tools, ongoing mentoring support, and impact tracking. Programs can be delivered in English, Hindi, Marathi, and other regional languages (Indian), ensuring inclusivity and local relevance.

For low-income, tribal, or rural schools, ENpower facilitates partnerships through corporate CSR and government collaborations, covering most program costs to make it accessible. Once onboarded, schools receive complete facilitation support, periodic reporting, and opportunities for students to participate in national and international innovation platforms like India's Future Tycoons, Atal Marathon, Inspire MANAK, UN GCNI, WYEC (NFTE) & many others.

In short, all it takes to try it, is a willingness to empower young minds and we take care of the rest.

Implementation steps

Program Contextualisation
We adapt our curriculum to fit the vision of our corporate partners, beneficiary environment, translating content into local languages, embedding regional examples, and aligning lessons with students’ social and cultural contexts to ensure relevance and inclusivity.
Faculty Development Workshops
Teachers are trained through interactive workshops to confidently deliver ENpower’s experiential modules. This builds their capacity to facilitate discussions, guide projects, and sustain student-led innovation beyond the initial program.
In-School Experiential Learning
Workshops are conducted during school hours through hands-on activities, gamified challenges, and digital modules. Students identify local problems, ideate solutions, and apply design thinking and teamwork to develop ideas solving critical problems from their lived experience or their surroundings. Baseline & Endline Assessments track the improvements in student skill metrics.
Mentorship & Real-World Application
Students receive mentorship from local entrepreneurs, ENpower coaches, and industry experts who guide them in refining, testing, and validating their ideas—building confidence and exposing them to real-world problem-solving.
Showcase & Recognition
The journey culminates with a program-level showcase event (district, state or national-level) where students pitch their innovations to experts, gain recognition, and receive seed funding or incubation support. This celebration of creativity inspires peers and strengthens the school’s innovation culture.
Idea Implementation
We support students to implement their solutions in the real world through prototyping, field testing, user feedback, and refining with expert guidance. We help teams explore patenting, connect with mentors and investors, secure seed funding, and pilot their ideas in real communities to prove impact and scalability.
Continued Support & Growth For Students
Post-program, students access ENpower’s wider ecosystem: Career Darshak (AI Career Co-Pilot), India’s Future Tycoons platform, and national & global partnerships that help sustain and scale their innovations.
