We created "From Educator to Edupreneur" to combat educator burnout and limited career growth. Recognizing the untapped potential of teachers, we aimed to empower them with entrepreneurial skills to innovate within education. This initiative helps reignite their passion, offers new career pathways, and drives impactful changes in the education sector, benefiting both educators and students.
In practice, our innovation transforms traditional educators into dynamic edupreneurs through competency work-based training accessible via e-learning, mentoring, coaching, and hands-on workshops. Teachers gain entrepreneurial skills to develop and implement personalized educational ventures, integrating child-centered teaching methods, inclusive education, digital personalized learning, and literacy recovery programs. They gain hands-on experience at our literacy recovery learning centers, kindergartens, and after-school care facilities, where they develop creative and critical thinking skills to solve problems in various educational settings. Teachers also participate in a yearly achievement award ceremony to celebrate their progress and success. This comprehensive approach reignites educators' passion for teaching and empowers them as change-makers, enhancing job satisfaction and driving substantial improvements in educational outcomes.
Our innovation has been spreading rapidly as teachers who complete the competency work-based training are promoted to center managers. These educators, now equipped with entrepreneurial skills, are offered opportunities to become collaborators, giving them greater ownership of the centers they manage. This model not only empowers teachers but also fosters a sense of investment and commitment to the success of their educational ventures. As these centers thrive, the impact of our program expands, inspiring more educators to join and innovate, further driving improvements in educational outcomes and creating a sustainable cycle of growth and excellence in education.
If you want to try our innovation, you can apply as a teacher, center manager, or leader. Start by joining our competency work-based training to gain entrepreneurial skills and hands-on experience in our literacy recovery centers, kindergartens, and after-school care facilities. As you progress, you'll have opportunities to manage a center and become a leader, gaining more ownership and influence.
