We believe AI marks a breakthrough for education, enabling learning to move from one-size-fits-all to truly personalized paths. Madlen empowers teachers by giving them back time to focus on students while guiding each learner with tailored support. In under a year, we’ve led this shift in Turkey with 75 schools, 50,000+ students, and 25,000+ teachers and we’re scaling it globally.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Madlen was created to bring AI into classrooms through deep teacher–student integration and comprehensive instructional support. We set out to build a system where teachers and students operate within the same learning environment, supported by AI across the entire teaching and learning cycle.
Today, Madlen offers over 50 AI-powered tools that support education before, during, and after the lesson.
Before class, teachers use Madlen to generate curriculum-aligned lesson plans and instructional materials.
During lessons, teachers create and project rich, interactive content on smart boards, enabling dynamic classroom engagement. After class, teachers assign activities and assessments that remain aligned with instructional goals.

Madlen includes AI-powered assessment and evaluation tools, such as open-ended question evaluation, essay grading, AI-generated feedback, and handwriting recognition for student submissions.
Students engage with Madlen through guided practice and feedback, while teachers gain clear visibility into learning progress and outcomes.

All content and workflows are curriculum-aligned, assignable, and supported across five languages, allowing schools to serve diverse classrooms with consistency and clarity. This end-to-end design enables AI to function as a copilot for teachers and a learning companion for students, embedded directly into everyday classroom practice.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

In practice, Madlen operates through a web platform for teachers and a mobile app for students, designed to work seamlessly together.
Teachers use the web interface to plan lessons, create content, manage classrooms, and assign activities, while students access learning materials and tasks through a dedicated mobile experience.

The platform offers a simple, intuitive interface enriched with high-quality content and supports multiple leading AI models, including the latest versions of Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
This flexibility allows educators to benefit from different AI capabilities within a single, unified system.

Madlen also includes a dynamic classroom analytics section where teachers can track both class-level and individual student performance through clear, interactive dashboards.
Teachers assign reinforcement activities and homework that can be dynamically personalized based on each student’s learning progress, engagement, and needs.

Students receive tailored practice and feedback through the mobile app, while teachers maintain full visibility into learning outcomes and development across the classroom.
This integrated setup enables continuous guidance, personalization, and insight throughout everyday teaching and learning.

How has it been spreading?

Madlen follows a B2B2C model, working directly with schools while supporting both teachers and students within each institution.
Once adopted by a school, the platform expands organically across classrooms, grade levels, and teaching teams through daily use.

Growth has been driven by strong engagement at the classroom level, combined with institutional decision-making by school leadership.
This structure enables consistent adoption while maintaining alignment with curriculum, pedagogy, and school-wide goals.

Madlen is actively pursuing global expansion, supported by its multi-language infrastructure and curriculum-aligned design.
The team regularly showcases the platform at major international edtech events, including leading global exhibitions, which has strengthened visibility, partnerships, and international demand.

Through this combination of school-based adoption, classroom engagement, and international presence, Madlen continues to scale across regions and education systems.

How have you modified or added to your innovation?

Madlen evolves through continuous iteration and close collaboration with schools.
The platform is fully customizable, allowing schools to tailor workflows, content structures, and features as their needs develop.

We work closely with pilot schools and early adopters, incorporating their feedback directly into product improvements and new capabilities.
As schools deepen their use of the platform, Madlen adapts to reflect their teaching practices, curriculum requirements, and classroom dynamics.

This ongoing refinement process ensures that the platform continues to grow alongside educators and students, remaining flexible, relevant, and aligned with real classroom needs.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Any teacher interested can visit our website and request free access to try the platform.
Schools and educators can explore Madlen directly and experience its features in real classroom contexts.

We are also happy to arrange introductory and discovery meetings to walk through the platform, understand specific needs, and support a smooth onboarding process.
