Public leadership training for young people

Prepare young minds.

For commercial leadership there are multiple institutions but to prepare young minds in making public leadership like Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Florence Nightingale there are no institutions. While providing formal education we encourage the young people to take social responsibility to address socioeconomic problems.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Lack of social leaders in India and International with reference to sacrifice and selflessness to lead the young people for possible social change for a holistic global village.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

For example a third grade girl student takes up village cleanliness in her village along with her peers. It is sure when she reaches the adult hood she will fight for the necessary social change for the welfare of beings.

How has it been spreading?

Slowly but steadily has been spreading.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Select a small unit of human habitation then catch them young for providing a sense of social responsibility along with formal education as after school classes.

Selection Criteria

Select the students who have aspiration but have no facility from the socially neglected communities

Provision of formal education

Provide the quality formal education in after school classes

Social Welfare activities

Prepare the young minds to provide socially needed but not addressed activities.

Identify the leader material

While implementing the socially needed activities identify the leader material and sharpen their skills and encourage them to take any other activities and make them professionals in addressing the public needs.
