Thank You to Everyone Who Tuned into the First-Ever Virtual HundrED 2020 Innovation Summit!
In a year like no other, it's fitting that the HundrED 2020 Innovation Summit was also full of firsts - the first time the conference was held completely online; the first time we were able to welcome our entire global community of ambassadors, innovators, teachers, students, and education leaders from across the world; and the first time thousands of our community members came together to celebrate our selected innovators, deepen our understanding the world's challenges, and reflect on the opportunities for accelerating progress towards our shared future.
The three-day event, which took place November 4-6th, covered a range of topics and amplified the voices of education stakeholders from around the world.
We were joined by talented speakers from over 30 countries with a global audience tuning in from almost 85 countries. Speakers included Vicky Colbert, Founder and Director of Fundación Escuela Nueva; Sarah Bouchie from The LEGO Foundation; and many more!

Kate Robinson's Tribute to her Father Sir Ken Robinson
Sir Ken is still the most-watched speaker in TED’s history. His 2006 talk ‘Do Schools Kill Creativity?’ has been viewed online over 60 million times and seen by an estimated 380 million people in 160 countries. He was named as one of Time/Fortune/CNN’s ‘Principal Voices’; acclaimed by Fast Company magazine as one of ‘the world’s elite thinkers on creativity and innovation’ and ranked in the Thinkers50 list of the world’s top business thinkers. In 2003, he received a knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II for his services to the arts. Sir Ken dedicated his career to promoting creativity, innovation, and a personalized approach to learning.
