We built LEAD Academy because we kept meeting graduates who had done everything right, finished a degree, collected certificates, and still couldn't get hired, because none of it proved they could actually do the work. Employers told us the same thing from the other side: interviews and transcripts don't show who can perform on day one, so they screen on pedigree instead of ability, and get it wrong often enough that it costs them. We saw a gap between learning and proving, and decided the fix wasn't another course. It was a place where someone could practice the real job, not just study it, and walk away with evidence an employer would trust. That is the problem LEAD Academy exists to solve.
In practice, a learner logs into LEAD Academy and steps into a simulated workplace: a real scenario from their field, working alongside an AI teammate that improvises rather than reading from a script, the way a real colleague would. As they work through it, the platform scores their performance against named competencies and builds an evidence trail, not just a certificate saying they attended, but a record of what they actually did. Learners also get guidance on what to work on next and where they are a strong fit. Employers, in turn, can review a candidate's competency score and evidence trail before ever scheduling an interview. The platform currently supports career development, STEM, and language learning tracks, and runs on our own technology combining structured job simulations with AI-driven scenario generation. We have over 75,000 registered learners and more than 60 enterprise and institutional partnerships, which is the clearest evidence that people find it worth coming back to.
Over the last year, LEAD Academy grew from a course platform into a company with real, paying demand: we are now at 477,000 dollars in annual recurring revenue, growing roughly 5 percent month over month, and profitable on our own revenue with no outside funding. Growth came from word of mouth among learners and directly from employers who wanted screened, job ready hires badly enough to partner with us, and we now work with more than 60 enterprise and institutional partners. Our next step is launching a dedicated AI job simulation product in October 2026, extending the same model further into employer side hiring and screening. Over the next two to three years, our goal is to take this beyond Bangladesh into Southeast Asia and the wider South Asian and Gulf labor corridor, where the same mismatch between education and employability exists at a larger scale.
