We hope to see education become more interactive, engaging, and connected to students' everyday digital experiences. Through Drive & Discover, we want to demonstrate that car games can be more than entertainment; they can also create opportunities for meaningful learning. Our goal is to encourage educators to use game-based activities to introduce practical concepts such as road safety, mathematics, physics, spatial awareness, and problem-solving. By connecting gameplay with guided questions and reflection, students can learn through experimentation, make decisions, and understand how theoretical knowledge applies to real-world situations. Ultimately, we hope to inspire a shift from passive learning toward active participation, where curiosity, exploration, and digital play become valuable parts of the educational experience.

Why did you create this innovation?

Many students enjoy digital games, but gaming is not always connected to meaningful learning experiences. Traditional educational activities can sometimes struggle to maintain students' attention, particularly when concepts are difficult to visualize or understand.

Car games provide an opportunity to approach these subjects differently. Driving, parking, racing, and navigating obstacles can introduce practical situations where students need to observe, make decisions, solve problems, and understand cause and effect.

The goal is to help educators turn familiar gaming experiences into opportunities for curiosity, discussion, and active learning.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

Drive & Discover combines browser-based car games with guided educational challenges.

Students explore different types of car games and complete activities connected to specific learning objectives:

Road Safety: Explore traffic situations, road signs, and responsible driving decisions through driving simulations.

Mathematics: Apply distance, speed, time, angles, and basic calculations to driving challenges.

Physics: Discover concepts such as gravity, friction, momentum, and acceleration through racing and stunt games.

Critical Thinking: Develop problem-solving skills by navigating obstacles, choosing routes, and completing challenging tasks.

Spatial Awareness: Improve understanding of distance, positioning, and movement through parking and driving activities.
