We created English Champ to solve two critical challenges we saw around us: the lack of accessible, engaging English education for children, and the underutilization of educated women who are capable of teaching but constrained by mobility and social barriers.
In Bangladesh and many emerging countries, English education is often either expensive and elitist or outdated and ineffective. Traditional rote methods bore children, creating fear and disinterest, while quality English programs remained limited to a privileged few. At the same time, millions of capable women — mothers, graduates, professionals — remained economically inactive, despite having the skills to contribute if given flexible, dignified opportunities.
We envisioned English Champ as a platform where children would learn English joyfully through gamified, AI-personalized live classes, taught by female educators working remotely. Our goal was not just academic learning, but building confidence, creativity, and global readiness in every child, while simultaneously creating new paths for women’s economic empowerment.
English Champ was born from a belief that education is freedom — and freedom should not be limited by geography, gender, or income. We are passionate about making world-class English education fun, affordable, and life-changing for the next generation, and transforming the way learning and teaching happen in emerging communities.
In practice, English Champ transforms English learning into a joyful, engaging experience tailored to every child's needs. Children aged 4–14 log in to live, online micro-batch classes with just 5–6 students, ensuring personalized attention from trained female educators. Each class blends AI-driven personalized tasks, gamified storytelling, interactive quizzes, and real-time feedback to build skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Lessons are designed to feel like play — using songs, stories, visual activities, and challenges — making language acquisition natural and exciting rather than intimidating. Every student progresses at their own pace, with AI recommending adjustments to ensure no child is left behind.
Parents stay connected through regular progress reports and skill development updates, creating a collaborative environment between learners, educators, and families. Beyond classes, children earn badges, rewards, and certifications, building a strong sense of achievement and confidence.

English Champ has been spreading rapidly through a combination of word-of-mouth, social media engagement, and organic trust built within communities. Starting with just a few pilot classes, parents began recommending our program to friends and family after seeing their children's enthusiasm and progress. Our gamified, micro-batch learning model created high satisfaction rates, leading to strong referral-driven growth.

Today, we serve over 2,000 students and employ over 40 women educators, with a growth rate of approximately 15–20% per quarter. Plans are already in motion to expand into new markets like Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and the Middle East through a scalable, localized version of our platform. Our vision is to organically reach 500,000+ students globally by replicating our proven model in other underserved education ecosystems.
Since launching, we have continuously adapted English Champ based on student, parent, and teacher feedback.
