creating a story and artistic end of the story

Kids create a story from scratch, they learn hot to write the story, to build the characters and all necessary needs for story to be ready. once the written story is ready they create a all the story in different artistic way, cam be a short movie or a drama play or installation. In mean time all the materials they use are recycled .

With Once Upon A Tine we create a workshops where we help to kids to learn creative writing - this take them to creative thinking and helps them in various subject at school. As well by using recycled materials for the last stage of the work they do learn as well creative skills and they do see that from everything you can made art and can reuse and help in environment.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Because, since i work as art teacher in government schools, I find out that kids read lest and lest and they don't have no idea of how to express them self, how to write a simple CV. I create this first like workshops and then i move it to schools.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

Starting from learning about their favorite movies, books or games. then we brainstorming ideas about how will the story look, and start creating step by step, when is ready the main information, is time for the characters and then illustrating them. In the prosses we see where will story go a book or a paly or a short movie or a comics

How has it been spreading?

we start on a festival, then we have the first school, then the second

Have some friends that do art and can work with kids

Implementation steps

Creating story

When you start, first and important is to find what the students( audience ) are interested like a subject, this helps much in the process of creating the story

Creating the story by place, characters, mood and events

In this step 2 you have idea what is the target you will look to reach, Kids( audience) start imagine the part of where will story happen, who will be the characters, how they will be related, what will format of the story be present in the end

Creating the visualization of the story

In this step we create the visual characters, places and mood of the story by colors and illustration

Last stage

In last stage the story is ready is visualized and is time to add the art media on what will be official present the story. There is good to have different media artist to help to the kids to finish the idea
